First you believe it, then you receive it

We’ve been singing this song in church and it disturbs me. Scripture teaches us that you must first believe that God is, then receive the blessing or freedom or healing.

And it is Your will that my life is healed.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

So whoever wrote this song, I think the believe and receive should be reversed
