Psalm 101:7 (NKJV) 
He who works deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who tells lies shall not continue in my presence.

Psalm 102:17 (NKJV) 
He shall regard the prayer of the destitute, And shall not despise their prayer.

Author: The apostle Paul (1:1)

Date: Perhaps around AD 49 as one of Paul’s earliest epistles.
