Psalm 116:17-19 (NKJV)
I will offer to You the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of the LORD.
I will pay my vows to the LORD Now in the presence of all His people,
In the courts of the LORD’S house, In the midst of you, O Jerusalem. Praise the LORD!

Psalm 117:1-2 (ASV)
O praise Jehovah, all ye nations; Laud him, all ye peoples.
For his lovingkindness is great toward us; And the truth of Jehovah endureth for ever. Praise ye Jehovah.

Psalm 117 is an invitation to people everywhere to praise the Lord for His loyal love and faithfulness.
