My Awesome day job

Well I just posted all my Bible stuff before I hit the road. Inspecting 3 properties today. I am a Real Estate Appraiser here on #Guam. We do Saturday inspections to accommodate our clients.

First stop beachfront townhouse in Tumon Bay. And of course followed by:

Townhouse in Dededo. These are small two bedroom townhouse style units and a lot of them are tenant occupied (#investment #properties).

And a smaller older house in Mangilao

I like this job because of the variety of tasks in a given week.
