This has been my wife’s go-to book for good recipes with great information. This book became the template for all other cookbooks we evaluated and either bought or rejected. As you probably know diabetics need to keep a close eye on their blood sugar and these recipes help them with knowing how much to serve. We are on our second book because we use it so much.
