Daily Bible Reading: Ezekiel 11-12, Proverbs 19
Ezekiel 12:1-2 (NKJV) Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying: “Son of man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house, which has eyes to see but does not see, and ears to hear but do not hear; for they are a rebellious house.
Proverbs 19:1-4 (NKJV) Better is the poor who walks in his integrity Than one who is perverse in his lips and is a fool. Also, it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge, and he sins who hastens with his feet. The foolishness of a man twists his way, And his heart frets against the LORD. Wealth makes many friends, But the poor is separated from his friend.
