Daily Service – Who is your boss?

Updated for Volume 9

Who are you working for?

I saw that on a church billboard that I posted on my blog weekly, and it was God once again getting my attention.  Why am I worried about how many people view, like, or comment on my blog, Facebook page, or anything else, if, and only if I am doing service to God and not to man?  I will say it yet again: look up, not down.  Do everything that you do for the love of God, not men.

Colossians 3:23-25 (ESV) Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no partiality.

Ephesians 6:7-8 (ESV) rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to man, knowing that whatever good anyone does, this he will receive back from the Lord, whether he is a bond servant or is free.
