Daily Bible Reading: Luke 23-24, Psalm 96

Luke 23:8 (NKJV) Now when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceedingly glad; for he had desired for a long time to see Him, because he had heard many things about Him, and he hoped to see some miracle done by Him.

Luke 24:6-8 (NKJV) He is not here but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, saying, ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rises again.’ ” And they remembered His words.

Psalm 96:1-2 (NKJV) Oh, sing to the LORD a new song! Sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, bless His name; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day today.
