Isaiah 1:16-20 (NKJV) “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease doing evil, Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, and Plead for the widow. “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the LORD, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land; But if you refuse and rebel, You shall be devoured by the sword”; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.
Isaiah 4:1-3 (NKJV) And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, “We will eat our own food and wear our own apparel; Only let us be called by your name, To take away our reproach.” In that day the Branch of the LORD shall be beautiful and glorious, And the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and appealing For those of Israel who have escaped. And it shall come to pass that he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy–everyone who is recorded among the living in Jerusalem.
