Hagibis intensifies

Well if you haven’t heard the warnings, Guam is now in Condition 2. Super Typhoon Hagibis is expected to pass over the northern part of Saipan (again) early tomorrow morning. For Guam that means minimum Tropical Storm Force winds (Up to 75 mph) and lots of rain again. For Saipan, which is still recovering from the last direct hit, this will mean longer recovery.
