New feature based on dinner preps
1 onion diced
1 pound ground beef, turkey, chicken or pork
2 cans refined beans
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
2-3 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend is our favorite)
2 bags of dipping chips ( Santita corn chips, Fritos chili cheese, etc.
In a large skillet brown meat with the onions, drain as necessary
Add beans, enchilada sauce, and chili’s til mixed
Add cheese, heat cheese until melted , serve with chips
Possible add ons: diced tomatoes, chili no beans.
