Book Review: The Chosen – I have called you by name by Jerry B Jenkins

The Chosen Book 1

The Chosen I Have Called You By Name: A novel based on Season 1 of the critically acclaimed TV series by Jerry B. Jenkins

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

My only problem is that the writing looks like it was lifted from the script of the series, not the other way around. All the representations are factually based on biblical and historical records. Jerry Jenkins fills the life of Christ with living breathing characters much in the way the Thoenes did.
