Daily Service: We are all the body of Christ

Second in a series – You need a Church

I had another conversation recently with a Realtor at a house I was appraising.  We started talking about cancer being cancer whether it’s in the mouth, breast, bladder, colon, lung, etc.  I told her the original intent of Christ was for us all to be part of a single body fitly framed for His glory and service.  Unfortunately, man-made doctrines and interpretations have led to a divided body.  I have a friend who used to attend our church but went elsewhere. He has been participating in and sometimes leading a Saturday morning prayer/bible study with guys from all manner of Christian churches here on the island. That’s what it’s supposed to look like. I post things on my blog and Facebook pages with the precisely same intent.

John 13:34-35 NKJV A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this, all will know that you are My disciples if you have love for one another.” tecartabible.com

Ephesians 2:21-22 NKJV in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. tecartabible.com
