The story is a great one about redemption and community as the Amish men gather around Jacob to fend off his angry brother-in-law.

What Jacob doesn’t expect is to fall for Simeon’s quiet and shy daughter, Lydia.

Lydia develops feelings for Jacob, too, but when his past comes back to haunt him, can Jacob accept the love that Lydia has to offer, or will he feel the danger he poses is too much to expect the community to bear?
