Definition: The whole is greater than the sum of the parts

I recently read this in a book a just reviewed “Renegade Spy” and “Spy Resurrected” where a task force put together to get a bad organization off the board (you really need to read the whole series for yourself) started out in their little offices bickering with each other until Laynie gathered them together in a “bullpen” arrangement and got them working together with this one word “gestalt” meaning we are stronger together.
