No one is a stranger to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Let’s put is this way: Between finding the perfect presents for every person on your list, pulling out box after box to deck the halls with Christmas décor, and planning Christmas parties, it gets pretty hectic. And that’s only the beginning! Luckily, there’s delightful Christmas songs to get us through—along with time spent with loved ones, of course. By spending some time deep in scripture. Here, we’ve curated the best Christmas Bible verses to help you honor the meaning behind the holiday.

Along with a refresher for yourself, you can also use these Christmas quotes and verses to recite as prayer at Christmas dinner, write a few in your Christmas cards to send off to those you cherish, or even teach the little ones about the Son of God. Either way, they’re sure to put you in the true Christmas spirit this December.
